Co-funding of mobility for participation in a conference

The FEDORA department wishes to formalize a call for proposals process for financial support of INSA Lyon Ph.D. students for their participation in international congresses. This call is made biannually as follows:

• 1^st call: Period January to July: the applications are to be sent before 01 October of the current academic year, for a transmission of the results during the second half of October.
• 2^nd call: Period July to December: the applications are to be sent before 01 April of the current calendar year, for a transmission of the results during the second half of April.

For mobility planned from October of the current calendar year, it will be requested to anticipate the items of expense. In the absence of anticipation, FEDORA reserves the right to suspend its financial support.
